How do i put Guild picture T^T

How can i put guild picture!! i just cant :[

First of all your image has to be in bitmap form (.bmp), and size 24x24.
Then you have to put the image into the folder labeled "guildmark" in your NoScrubs folder. and rename the image to "mark.bmp". And then go into "Manage" in the guild window in game, and click "emblem" and it should be there

i cant do that. i have image 24x24 then i change to mark.bmp then i put on iris folder guildmark then i apply in guild. cant response
